The weather was beautiful today. It was a sunny, cloudless day, light breeze, temperatures in the 80s and low/no humidity. This is what I need to feel well. I want this weather every single day, 365 days a year.
I hope the good weather keeps up over the long weekend and that all your physical ailments are abating. Have you thought about acupuncture for the non-mental-health stuff (lingering shingles pain, urinary, abdominal, etc.)? An old friend of ours sees an acupuncturist (sp?) regularly since Western medicine failed her mother so miserably.

I don't think it's too much to ask. But, then... I am known to be 'unreasonable'.
Maybe Thursday will be good like that, too. That would be great.
